Cabby Top is not responsible for misuse of our product. Cabby Top is intended for the use of protecting your vehicle while hauling material. Any use besides hauling material will void return policy and Cabby Top will not be held responsible for any damage to you or your property. 

Do not leave Cabby Top on your vehicle without material on top and securely strapped down. It can blow off your vehicle, if left without material on it, and it blows off, Cabby Top will not be responsible for replacing it.
